A day of connection, movement, and community at the Mommy & Me Wellness Fair — a family-centered wellness experience designed to bring moms, children, caregivers, and local wellness businesses together for an uplifting and interactive day in Tampa!

This event blends movement, mindfulness, family activities, and a curated wellness marketplace into one unforgettable experience.

My Gym Memorial Day Demo

Monday May 25th @ 9am

Armature Works, West Lawn - 1910 N Ola Avenue, Tampa

Celebrate Memorial Day with movement, music, and nonstop fun at our special demo classes with My Gym South Tampa! Interactive classes designed to keep little ones active, engaged, and smiling all morning long.

Class Schedule:

• 9:00–9:30 AM — Children 2 years old and younger

• 9:30–10:00 AM — Ages 2–5

• 10:00–10:30 AM — All children ages 10 and under

Each class will include exciting warm-ups, parachute games, color matching activities, relays, dance time with music, skill stations featuring balance beams, jump skills, and obstacle courses, plus imaginative play activities using fun props like batons, tennis rackets, and frisbees. Younger groups will also enjoy a special puppet show! The fun wraps up with My Gym’s signature welcome and goodbye songs for an unforgettable experience the whole family will love.

Movie on the Lawn: Grown Ups

Wednesday May 27th ~ 8pm - 10pm

Armature Works, South Lawn - 1910 N Ola Ave, Tampa

Families and friends of all ages are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets for this free outdoor screening. VIP seating available with ticket purchase—VIP doors open at 7:00pm!

Come early to grab a snack at one of the food trucks or inside the Heights Public Market!

Outside food, beverage, and coolers are prohibited. Please note that r Movie on the Lawn series is first come, first serve and early arrival is suggested.
