Why every caregiver needs a weekly Reformer Pilates routine.

Reformer Pilates is no longer unattainable for the average person. There was a persona for the longest time that only those who had expendable income or ballet dancers were the only ones that could practice Reformer Pilates. The practice of Reformer Pilates has evolved to become more accessible and affordable to meet the strenuous demands of everyday life.

Unfortunately, the daily demands of our current culture have taken a toll on our overall health. We have rising issues of posture, spinal, joint and muscular dysfunction. Chronic issues like arthritis, osteoporosis, bursitis, edema, spinal fusions, herniation, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, slipped discs, etc. can be corrected with Reformer Pilates and not surgery or prescription drugs.


Just like Yoga, Reformer Pilates is becoming more rehabilitative for our bodies than ever before and it is no longer perceived to be just an exercise to get six pack abs. It makes you strong, longer, leaner, calmer, empowered, energized and balanced.

Problems from childbirth like weak bladder control, constipation, diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal wall), c-section recovery, scoliosis, lumbar spine pain, mid-back pain, shoulder pain, chest pain from breastfeeding and post partum depression are serious issues resulting from having children.
