For 15 month my baby has been the happiest baby i have ever seen. He always has a smile, he giggles and is just an absolute darling.
About 2 months ago he started getting a little aggressive but only with his 8 year old sister. He would hit and bite her but in between he would cuddle, kiss and love.
Less than a week ago he started throwing fits and tiny tantrums. These consost of the most annoying squeel, jerking his body and stomping his feet (like hes running in place). He's now doing these fits for everything that doesnt suit him.
I get it. its pretty normal but for an almost toddler... seems a bit early for the terrible 2s. So my question is...
If your child went through a "terrible" phase when did it start and how long did it last?
What ideas do you have for correcting behavior like this for a 15 month old? Right now we basically say "no" and redirect and it stops the behavior at that moment but he still has a fit for the next thing that he doesnt like.
